​* Cancel any time after 3 months. Send an email to donna@revivesaunasuites.com with CANCEL in the subject line. Cancelation must be received 2 business days before the billing process date. If received after being processed it will be canceled for the next billing date.

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies:
-
Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment up to two hours before the session starts by contacting us via Phone at 813-333-5901 or email at donna@revivesaunasutes.com with "Cancellation" in the subject line. If you cancel within two hours of the appointment time, we will refund your payment minus the credit card processing fees. If you used a session from a plan or package it will be credited back to that plan.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to one hour before the session’s start time by contacting us via phone at 813-333-5901 or email at donna@revivesaunasutes.com with "Reschedule" in the subject line.

No-Shows: : If you do not attend your appointment and do not cancel or reschedule within the above policies, you will not receive a refund. If you have used a package or plan for that appointment, it will be considered a used session and will not be credited back to your package or plan.

Late Arrivals: If you are late, we will try our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee availability. This may result in you having to wait or a reduction of time from your session.

Conduct and Safety:

All Revive guests are to conduct themselves respectfully during your visit.
-
All Revive guests must follow instructions and use facilities and equipment properly to ensure safety.

If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or experience signs of heat exhaustion during your sauna session, it is important to stop the session immediately.

All guests must be 18 years of age or older to sign the Liability/Medical waiver. If under eighteen, parental consent and signature are required.

If you experience pain or discomfort while in the sauna or using the LED light panels, you will discontinue use immediately.

While using the Red LED light panels; it is Revive guests' responsibility to wear the eye protection we provide (or you can bring your own.)

Avoid consuming alcohol before using the sauna, as it can increase heart rate, leading to further heat stress and dehydration.
The Infrared Sauna Therapy and Red-Light Therapy offered at Revive Sauna Suites are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We advise you to consult with a healthcare professional before using these services. We especially encourage this if you have an existing health condition. Always listen to your body and discontinue the sauna session if you feel light-headed, dizzy, or are experiencing symtoms of heat exhaustion.
Infrared sauna use is contraindicated for people with the following conditions:

Individuals with an existing fever

People with sensitivity to Heat

Cardiovascular Conditions or problems including hypertension.

Pacemakers

Pregnancy: Consult your physician if you are pregnant.

Children; Seek permission and recommendations from a doctor for any child under 12.

The Elderly - The ability to maintain core body temperature decreases with age. Lower temperatures and time limits are recommended. Consult with a medical professional for permission and restrictions.
Other conditions to consider:

Chronic conditions or diseases associated with a reduced ability to sweat or perspire. These conditions include but are not limited to some autoimmune conditions, Anhidrosis, MS, and Diabetes with Neuropathy.

Some medications, including some over-the-counter drugs - Please check with your healthcare professional or pharmacist to check the drug/medication effect when the body's temp is elevated or its effects that may impair the body's natural heat loss abilities.

Hemophiliacs / Individuals Prone to Bleeding

Joint injury- first 48 hrs.

Red-Light or LED light Therapy use is contraindicated for people with the following conditions:

Sensitivity to light

Epilepsy
-
Using photo-sensitizing drugs or having migraines brought on by light.
