Our private sauna suites provide the ultimate personal care experience. Our sauna cabins are equipped with the latest technology, featuring full-spectrum Infrared heaters and medical-grade Chromotherapy lighting to ensure you get the most out of every session. Whether you are looking to detoxify, recover after a workout, get muscle or joint pain relief, boost your immune system, improve your circulation, or need a little downtime to relax, Revive has you covered.
On your first visit to Revive Sauna Suites, we will give you a quick introduction and tour to ensure you are well-informed and answer any questions. We want you to maximize the benefits of every session. We will also guide you through the different entertainment options so that you are comfortable throughout your session. Plus, we designed our suites to be private and cozy, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Experience Infrared Light Therapy at Revive Sauna Suites
Infrared light therapy uses the healing power of infrared light to directly heat the body gently and comfortably, unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you to induce sweating.

Infrared light penetrates the body directly, gently raising the core temperature. As your body absorbs the infrared heat, it generates thermal energy, resulting in a deeper detoxifying sweat. This process enables a more comfortable experience at a lower temperature.
Infrared sauna cabins emit infrared light waves not visible to the human eye to produce heat and have therapeutic benefits. The quality of the infrared heat is more important than the air temperature.

Therapeutic infrared heaters surround you in each of our professional sauna cabins. Clearlight™ Professional Full Spectrum saunas use advanced near, mid, and far infrared technologies. The True Wave™ Full Spectrum heating system provides all wavelengths 100% of the time to enhance your sauna session and deliver heat allowing for the deepest penetration.
TIPS:
Arrive 5-10 minutes early.
You will be more relaxed if you are not rushing. This also leaves time for you to use the restroom and refill your water bottle before your session is scheduled to begin.
Take your time.
Don’t stress and rush through a relaxing sauna session, instead, be aware of your time before heading in and plan accordingly.
Designed for Your Comfort
At Revive, we have thoughtfully designed our private suites to create a comfortable and truly Zen-like atmosphere, ensuring your experience with us is exceptionally relaxing.
Each private suite features a thoughtfully planned dressing area with a mirror, a catch-all for your watch and jewelry, a hook for your purse, and a clothes hanger for your convenience. Additionally, we have provided a bench in each room for dressing or taking short breaks to cool down, ensuring your comfort throughout your session.
TIP:
For the best results during your therapy session, we recommend not lowering the temperature to maximize the benefits of the infrared wavelengths. If you start to feel too hot, you can open the door to let cooler air in while the heaters continue to provide infrared therapy. If you lower the temperature, the heaters will turn off once they reach the new set temperature, and you will not receive the full benefits of the infrared wavelengths.
The Experience
When pre-booked online or through our booking app, we will pre-heat your sauna for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. The sauna cabin should be 100°F - 115°F when you arrive, with temperatures ranging from 110°F to 145°F during your 30-40 minute session.

You will enjoy all the relaxation and detoxification benefits of a traditional sauna, with the added benefits of infrared light therapy, at a much more comfortable temperature. Infrared saunas are also dry saunas, which makes for a more enjoyable and relaxed sauna session.

Full towel service including a large body towel, a hand towel for sweat absorption during your session, and a towel for the floor.​

After your session enjoy the refreshing sensation of a chilled washcloth infused with Eucalyptus or Lavender, or opt for a plain cloth, request this preference in the memo section when booking.

You are welcome to use your refillable water bottle to fill up at our water cooler. We also have bottled water and electrolyte beverages available for purchase.

Each suite has a Smart TV with various entertainment apps. The TV audio connects directly to the sauna cabin speakers.​

An enhanced audio sound system, including Bluetooth and AUX inputs, makes connecting and listening to your audio devices easy. You can also link the sauna's Bluetooth to your phone playlist.

Experience the added benefits of medical-grade chromotherapy in each sauna cabin, enhancing your session's rejuvenating and healing effects. Choose from one of twelve colors or auto-cycle through all the colors.

For your convenience, we offer makeup removal wipes, ponytail holders, and eye protection for red light therapy sessions.
Before
your session

Stay well hydrated. Drink liquids before your appointment.

Taking a shower, or bath before a sauna session tends to increase perspiration, as bathing opens the pores.

Dry brushing before showering will also help to open pores and stimulate the lymphatic system.

Do not apply lotions or makeup before your appointment, allowing your skin to breathe.

Limit food intake to a light meal or snack an hour before your sauna session. Your body will detox more effectively because it will not use that energy for digestion.

Do not use the sauna following strenuous exercise. Wait at least 15 minutes to allow the body to cool down completely.

Wear cool, loose-fitting clothing or bring a change of clothing that will be easy to change back into after your session.

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and use the restroom.

First-time Revive guests, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can give you a quick tour of our facility and your private suite. We will then give you a quick overview of the full-spectrum infrared Sauna and how to get the most out of your session. We will also go through the chromotherapy options in your sauna cabin, and your entertainment options and their connectivity.
During
your session

Before entering the suite, make sure to use the restroom so you will not need to interrupt your session.

Keep yourself well hydrated during your session and feel free to bring water into your suite, but please avoid bringing it into the sauna cabin.

Remember to towel off during your session (blot) to help your body sweat more freely.

To relieve sore and tight muscles, massage those areas for faster healing and effectiveness.

It is important not to sleep inside the sauna while it is in full operation.
-
Avoid turning the temperature down, as the heaters will shut off when they reach that temperature, causing you to sweat without getting the benefits from the infrared light.

Be mindful not to get overheated. If needed, open the vent or door to cool down, step out and take breaks, or sit outside the sauna cabin on the bench. Listen to your body and end your session early if necessary.
After
your session

Blot any access sweat.

Use the cool washcloth provided to refresh yourself.

Wait at least 30 minutes before taking a shower or bath. Allow your body to cool down naturally.

Continue to hydrate throughout the day or evening.

Some minerals can be lost in perspiration. Supplements can help to replenish these minerals.
